The Northwest Family Resource Collaborative (NWFRC) is a regional collaborative that includes the school districts of Brooklyn Center Community Schools, Osseo Area Schools, and the Hennepin County side of the Anoka- Hennepin School District. The nine cities included in the attendance area of these school districts are: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Osseo, Maple Grove, Dayton, and Champlin, plus a portion of the cities of Plymouth, Rogers and Corcoran.
We focus on providing resources to help families flourish in school, work and life. We support a range of services including early intervention mental health and basic health services, while also working towards social justice and systemic change. In addition to our flagship programs, we leverage partnerships to offer additional support in our community. |
