Northwest Immunization Clinic
The NW Immunization Clinic offers free immunizations for those who qualify. In addition to children vaccinations, the clinic provides vaccinations to adults 19 years and older if they have no health insurance, or have health insurance that doesn't cover vaccines. Minnesota is a “No Shots, No School” state. In order to enroll, students must be up-to-date on the required immunizations.
The Immunization Clinic is available to any individual or family who qualifies, living in the northwest suburbs and adjacent cities.

Free Immunizations are available to families who:
- Do not have health insurance
- Have children under 19 yrs. and are enrolled in a MN Health Care Program; MA, MnCare, or PMAP
- Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
